Draft - not legal advice - last updated 2026-10-13. This text describes what this website and the product really do, in plain English. No lawyer has reviewed it yet.

This page explains what happens to your data when you visit this website (www.signalos.eu). It is about the website only. The SignalOS TradeDesk program, the Telegram bot and the licensing server are separate parts of the product and are mentioned at the end.

Who is responsible

SignalOS runs this website and the SignalOS TradeDesk software. You can reach us by e-mail at signalosdev@gmail.com or through the support bot on Telegram. We do not publish a postal address (see the Imprint).

The short version

  • There are no accounts, no payments, no contact forms and no comments on this website.
  • There are no advertising, analytics or tracking tools on this website, and no social-media widgets.
  • Ordinary pages do not set cookies (details on the Cookies page).
  • The fonts and pictures come from this site itself; your browser does not contact Google or other font services.

What happens when you visit

The website is hosted by Vercel, which acts as our processor. Like every web host, Vercel's servers handle technical data to deliver the pages: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, and details your browser sends (for example its type and the page you came from). This data sits in the host's server logs for a short time, which is set by Vercel and not by us. We use it only to deliver the site, keep it secure and stop abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a safe website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not combine it with anything else and we do not look at individual visitors.

Vercel may process data outside the European Economic Area. Vercel offers its own data-processing terms for this.

If you write to us

If you e-mail us, we receive your e-mail address and your message and use them only to answer you. The message passes through our e-mail provider (Gmail). We keep the conversation for as long as it is needed to answer you and deal with follow-up questions, and delete it on request.

Links to Telegram

The buttons for the support bot and the news channel open Telegram, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. Telegram can see that you opened the link. When you chat with the support bot, Telegram and the bot handle your messages; this website does not receive them. For help with keys and the software, use the support bot.

Licence keys

Licence keys are created and checked by the SignalOS licensing server, not by this website. The program asks the licensing server about your key; the website does not keep a list of keys.

How long we keep data

  • Host logs: a short time, as set by Vercel.
  • E-mails: as long as needed to answer you, and deleted on request.
  • Telegram chats with the support bot: kept by Telegram and the bot, under their own rules.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, for correction or deletion, to limit or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a usable format. You can also complain to the data-protection authority where you live. To use these rights, write to signalosdev@gmail.com or the support bot. We can only find data about you if you tell us something to look for, for example the e-mail address you used.

Other parts of the product

The Windows program talks to MetaTrader 5, to your own Telegram bot and to our licensing server. The Telegram bot and the support bot run on Telegram. They have their own rules and are not covered by this page. If we change how this website handles data, we will update this page and the date above.
