Terms of Use

These terms are about using the SignalOS TradeDesk software and this website. By using the software or buying a licence key you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

What SignalOS TradeDesk is

SignalOS TradeDesk is a software tool made of a Windows program and a Telegram bot. It reads trade signals that you paste or forward, shows the risk, and places and manages orders on your own MetaTrader 5 account. It is not a broker, it does not hold your money, it is not a signal provider and it gives no investment advice. Please read the Risk Disclosure.

System requirements

The program runs on a Windows PC. You can use the Telegram bot from your phone, but the program must be running on Windows.

  • You need your own MetaTrader 5 account at your own broker.
  • You use your own Telegram bot as the control panel.
  • The PC and MetaTrader have to stay on for the program to manage your trades.

Your licence

  • A licence key gives you the personal, non-transferable right to use the software for your own trading.
  • There are two plans, Basic and Pro, billed monthly. Pro adds the trading robots, auto trading and the signal relay.
  • A key ends on its end date and then shows as expired. Renewing the same key adds a month.
  • Do not share, publish or resell your key, and do not try to get around the licence check.

Prices and payment

Prices are not listed on this website. The support bot on Telegram tells you the current ones and is where keys are bought. Payments are made in cryptocurrency and are final: there is no chargeback.

Your responsibility

  • You decide which trades to take, which signals to trust and how much to risk. You are responsible for your trades and for your account at your broker.
  • Try the software on a demo account first.
  • Keep your key, your computer and your Telegram bot safe.

No guarantees

We do not promise any trading result. We also do not promise that the software, the bot, the licensing server or this website will always be available or free of errors. They depend on things we do not control, such as your internet connection, your broker, MetaTrader and Telegram.
